Normal Wear and Tear Exclusion

Please note that instruments showing normal wear and tear from regular use are not considered defective. Proper care and handling are essential to maintain instrument performance.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance and care procedures may result in reduced performance and void this warranty.

Routine Maintenance

Routine maintenance tasks such as sharpening, realignment, or repairing minor tip damage are part of standard instrument upkeep and are not covered under this warranty.

Limitations on Warranty

Nuzhat Industry shall not be held liable for the replacement or repair of instruments that have been:

  • Misused, tampered with, or modified in any form
  • Re-tipped, refitted, or altered beyond the intended design
  • Damaged due to improper cleaning or sterilization processes
  • Used with cleaning solutions, chemicals, or procedures that contradict our recommendations

We are also not responsible for instruments damaged through:

  • The use of commercial or residential-grade washers
  • Improper use of automated washer-disinfectors without following manufacturer guidelines
